Secure your 1/2 Beef Share with a $1200 deposit, paying the remaining balance of approximately $1100 upon readiness. Deposits are open for this summer, with immediate availability sometimes announced on social media.

Our cattle thrive on South Georgia pastures, resulting in high-quality, flavorful beef that is hormone-, GMO-, and antibiotic-free.

Approximately 375 lbs. of grass-raised, grain-finished beef:

• 40% Premium Ground Beef (150 lbs. in 2 lb packages)
• 35% Savory Cuts (Roasts, stew meat)
• 25% Steaks (Sirloins, T-Bones, Bone-In Rib Eyes)

Here's how it works: Upon receipt of your deposit, we meticulously select the finest steer from our farm. This steer is then expertly butchered to ensure the highest quality beef for you. You'll be notified when your share is ready for final payment and delivery arrangements.
