HOW IT WORKS

1. Your Beef Share deposit is due to hold your Beef Purchase. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be due when the order is ready to be picked up or delivered. We will provide an invoice with the final amount when your beef has been processed and weighed, so you're only paying for the beef you are getting! By request, we have added an option to pay for your Beef Share all at once.

2.  We personally select the healthiest and most robust steer from our pasture. Our expert butcher will then prepare your beef to your specifications. Once ready and upon completion of the final payment, we'll ship or coordinate pick-up/delivery from our farm to your door. Rest assured, your beef will arrive fully frozen.

3. Freezer space will depend on the size of the beef package you are getting. This could be as small as .5 cubic feet up to 20 cubic feet. We have created a chart to help you identify how much freezer space you will need. The rule of thumb is 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 35 pounds of meat.

4. For shipped products, all cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and labeled. For local delivery, the cuts will be double-wrapped in quality butcher paper and individually labeled to keep costs down. All product will be fully frozen.
